Shipping
Karen Bandy Studio provides FREE full service packaging and shipping in the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii. Jewelry is shipped USPS, insured. Most paintings are also shipped free with various shippers such as USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Additional fees may apply for larger paintings or rush delivery. Please call Karen today with questions or details. Please note, if you would like another method of shipping, additional fees may apply. Sorry, no international sales or shipping at this time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise noted. In-stock jewelry is generally faster. Special requests can often be honored. Please call or email.
Pricing and Errors
While we try to make sure that all prices posted on this site are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear. If the posted price for artwork that you are interested in is incorrect due to typographical or other error, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as we become aware of the error and will refund any payments you have made toward the artwork. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information; however, it is your responsibility to verify with our gallery that all details listed are accurate.
Returns
Karen Bandy Studio artwork comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once an item is delivered to your home you will have 7 days to examine it. If you wish to return the art, you may do so for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note shipping fees charged are non-refundable, you are responsible for the return shipment of artwork and items must be in original condition and packaging.
